Getting Started

Welcome to the Field Service Control Tower. This guide walks you through setting up your organization, configuring clients, and dispatching your first work order.

6 steps to get started~15 minutes to complete

Sign Up

Visit the signup page and create your organization. You will need your company name, email, and a password. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with access to Professional-tier features.

Complete Onboarding

After signing up, the onboarding wizard guides you through setting up your company profile, including industry, company size, and timezone. This information helps the platform optimize your experience.

Invite Team Members

Go to Settings and select the Users section. Click "Invite User" to send email invitations to your dispatchers, technicians, and administrators. Each user gets a role that controls what they can see and do.

Role-Based Guides

Each role has a different view of the platform. Here is what each user type can access.

Dispatcher / Admin

Full platform access. Create work orders, dispatch technicians, manage clients, and monitor SLA compliance.
